My 30gal heater is on it's last leg and I'd rather not take a cold shower. I may be able to fit a 40gal in the small space, will get measurements soon.
Prices have become stupid high on these items so I think finding a new old stock heater would be best, maybe those with more knowledge can enlighten me.
