    Family Reunion fun/friendly(?) competition.

Pool chalk or tightest group at 100 yards with a .22lr rifle. 10 shots. I'll bring paper and target dots.
1 inch measured and marked on each target. Group measured with Range Buddy app.
Or the most hits out of 5 on pool chalk?
Perhaps a time limit? 60-90 seconds?

I'll put up a brick of Thunderbolt .22lr ammo to the winner.

    Any takers?

    Ok, edited to add the following;
1-Sitting at the bench.(I am no good offhand anymore)
2-Everyone shoots from the same box of Thunderbolts. I will have probably a couple boxes.
3-Bring whatever .22lr you have. Plinker or target. Scope or open sights. Try your luck.
4-this is open to the kids and guests as well as members. Anyone the doesn't have their own rifle can borrow from someone willing to share.
And yes, I am willing to share mine. I will have a couple.
I should be there by 9am, shooting commences shortly after.
1st place gets the full box
2nd gets the box we are shooting from.
Prizes can be awarded after lunch at the raffle.
I'll make up some targets and number them to match a signup sheet

    Just use 1" dots.
That's what I use for pistol shooting.
1" dots on the back of the target.

You should see the way I was shooting wednesday. Shameful.

At first I was yesterday shooting my new 22-250, although I was hitting the target, It was inconsistent. The problem was, and I didn't realize until near the end of my ammo, that my hand was tensing up when I squeezed the trigger. After I finally realized what I was doing the last five rounds were all within an inch.

After that I went to the silhouette range with my 10/22 and was hitting the silhouettes consistently, even out past 100 yards.

For some reason that day, I could not get comfortable behind a rifle and relax and shoot. Did great with a pistol. Just my rifle shooting really sucked.

Just a reminder, y'all remember your .22 rifles. Those that don't bring one can shoot one of mine if you want.
