    You are always going to do better in a person to person deal than selling or trading with a dealership. The dealership has to make money after all. Good luck with the sale, hopefully you are cross listing in several places. You can always try eBay motors.

    Think about how much you owe on the loan, the interest rate & term, and how much you realistically think the truck will sell for. Also think about what you want to replace it with, what that will cost, and what you will end up with at the end of the deal. While it might seem like a good idea to get into a different vehicle, make sure you are going to cover what you have left on the loan with enough money left for a down payment on something smaller/cheaper.
