I currently run a Zev fulcrum trigger kit in my G23. I'm trading up to a G19x. I've read about 5 or six articles on triggers and Zev has made every one.
Just wondering if anyone else has a favorite and why?

    Thanks in advance

Factory is my favorite. Never been one to over think a trigger, not sure why folks get so wrapped up over triggers.

I agree, they are good out of the box, especially the gen4 and newer. My pet peave is the amount of take up. Break and reset are great. + I'm a tinkerer, half the fun to me is getting it setup the way i like it...

I'm still a relative glock newbie. Even though I got my first one in 1984 I didn't mod or change one at all until last year.

My g17 and g34 both have Apex triggers, and I recently bought an Edge Evo to try in the G34.

I've shot at least 5 other G17s and 19s w/Zev, probably that many with ghosts, and at least a few of Johnny Glock, Agency, Rev, and a few more? Dunno.

What I do know is that there is a LOT more to making a glock trigger work nicely than simply dropping a kit in. Which gen the pistol is seems to play a big part. Which connector is also important.

Lots of guys will mix and match trigger components from both trigger manufacturers, and to a smaller extent, gens...

I really like SOME of the Zevs, Johnny Glocks, Apex, and Edge glocks I've tried, but most have been further smoothed/worked on by the guys who owned the pistols. It seems to me that they got as much improvement out of their extra mods/work as the aftermarket trigger itself.

I can do some basic work on 1911/2011 trigger parts, but my head is still spinning, trying to catch up and learn about glocks.

IMO if you can do small work on 1911/2011 triggers than the Glock trigger components should be like reading a kids book compared to a dissertation. Once you learn the basics most of the other stuff falls into place. The place to learn the most about the trigger mechanisms and how they change the trigger pull is from the one and only Johnny Glocks. Happy learning!

I like a flat faced trigger.....factory Glock triggers are not comfortable on my trigger finger after a few rounds.....as far as the whole striker mechanism beyond the actual trigger.....stock is okay with me.....

Let me preface this by saying I like a rolling break. I don’t like the super crisp glass break.
So for me I have a few different triggers and a few different generations. In my first 19 I had a zev fulcrum trigger. I liked that one a lot and actually mixed with connectors and trigger springs to have a 5.5 pound trigger. I added a 3.5 connector and a NY-1 olive drab trigger spring. The stock gen 4 trigger gave me fits with the way it broke. I could never keep the front sight post straight when dry firing. This directly translated to live fire. I have a gen 4 19mos with a zev pro flat face trigger in it. It’s much of the same as stock except flat. IMO not worth the money that they want for it. I will say however that it is a nice feeling trigger in the fit and finish aspect. Seems almost like a cerakoted metal. I just traded into a gen 5 19. I love the stock trigger on that gun. It’s more of a rolling break than the gen 4. I think I’m actually going to keep this trigger stock. It’s not a flat faced trigger that’s OEM but a smooth face without the groves in it. Big fan.

If you really want a trigger that you can dial in I’d go with a zev fulcrum trigger. Get the whole kit with the springs included. But please do not carry this as it reduces pull weight drastically. Mine when all set with springs and their whole kit was around 1lb 12oz

I carry a 19X. Trigger and accuracy are not an issue. If it is for EDC then factory is very fine.
