    There's a post office in Austin (far west blvd) that is in a strip mall.

    Is the entire parking lot no go?

    How about the connected businesses
    Post offices are handled under the Code of Federal Regulations. And parking lots are off limits. I have a study I did years ago on those in locations with private businesses. I will see if I can locate it

    There is a general store in Rio Medina that believes the entire facility is off-limits because the USPS rents out a small counter in the back...

    UPDATE: I actually stopped by this place on my way home from work on Friday, and the signs are gone. I guess they finally figured out the entire establishment wasn't a post office! Luckily, there were no 30.06 or 30.07 signs to replace them...
