If you live in a shit hole country, you can get your name on a list getting “refugee” status through the UN.
Then you wait for your plane ticket to the US.
The State Dept uses about 4 different organizations, like “International Rescue Committee” to facilitate the relocations.
They bring them in, process them, they all get signed up for SNAP, WIC, Housing, Obama phones and every other free thing they can get.

Reading through the comments it mentioned a close relationship between that area and China. That would get ugly quick. How long before they admit an outbreak? Do they ask for any help? Do they try to blame us? Do they get desperate as they watch their country die and lob a few Hail Mary bombs over to us? Do they send infected people over? Far fetched I know but regimes like that can’t be counted on to act rationally when faced with such a situation.

When they come here “legally” through the US State Dept, there are several diseases they can have like AIDS and still be let into the USA.

The State Department is not responsible for Congolese flooding the border and crossing at random locations along the river.
