I've gone to Billy Bob's for concerts, but I never tried their steak. I have eaten at Cattleman's Steakhouse close to Billy Bob's and can recommend that, a little expensive but my ribeye was fantastic.

Good stuff. Been several years, but really good.

I like Lawrey's too. Top 5 for me. Prime rib and the creamed spinach is memorable.

Have not been to Trulucks. Any of those is greatness though.

Yep that's the real deal...you dont need CGI when you got the real footage. I've worked on a SAT boat a few jobs, but not one like the Topaz, that's the Rolls Royce of SAT boats. I was never a SAT diver, just a topside diver doing the shallow work to 150' on the SAT boats. Divers are a breed of their own, but SAT divers got a screw loose & their shit together at the same time. You got to be a level headed dude when your working 28 days in the can. That was one job position I never had a desire for.
