Dang, good reason to have separate accounts. That would have probably caused a divorce in my house if my wife did that....but we do share the account. Makes me want my own account now. How do you think that conversation would go after 20years of a shared account. I'd be accused of having another wife on the side...lol.
We have a 3-night rule. No guests stay longer than 3-nights. Anyone visiting is made aware of this.
Sounds harsh, but I’ve experienced trying to un-ass someone from my property when they were guests and had no written or verbal contract.

Totally unrelated. Spent the weekend doing the Advanced Open Water Diver course. Spent a lot of time between 70’-90’ below the surface of Lake Travis.
Got to talk with a guy who hit bottom at 170’, solo. Seems there’s pecan trees lining the original banks that are pretty perfectly preserved. That deep, the visibility is surprisingly good, but there’s no sunlight penetration, so the only illumination comes from your dive lights.

I went to dive school for commercial diving & worked in the offshore industry for about 4 years. It was a crazy life style, if you weren't offshore working for a few weeks to a month, you were on the beach getting drunk & chasing women....ahhh the good ol days, back when I was young & dumb
