Anybody else interested in creating a "banned" area?

Back many years ago, I co-owned a forum and we had a section called "The Wall of Shame". We posted about members being not so nice and stated they were banned because of what they did. Seems that doing so made folk act a little better than what they use to, public humiliation does seem to do some good
